Reedin Super Wing Red 2023

Reedin puts “super” before each product name. Well, marketing or not… when we test the product, it often turns out to be sailing really well. The Superwing turns out to be a real super good wing for both the beginners and the (far) advanced!

The Superwing feels light and agile. What is striking is that the triple-ripstop fabric (which is also very strong and stretch-resistant) is quite taut. This gives the wing a stiff profile and direct response. With this new Superwing, Reedin has tried to create a wing with a lot of power per m2. In our opinion, we succeeded 100%. You can safely sail this wing a size smaller. That is something that will certainly make you very happy in the waves. Once you start jumping with this wing you will notice how much "float" there is in this wing. The high aspect ratio generates sufficient hang time without you getting the on/off feeling.

The wing has double windows, so you can see the surroundings and respond to the circumstances. Thanks to the wide handles you can easily determine and adjust your hand position. The middle strut is convex. Reedin has deliberately chosen this because it provides more stiffness, especially in combination with the vertical reinforcement seams. This again adds to the points mentioned above.

All in all, this is a forgiving wing with exceptional deployability and high performance. If you want to go wingsurfing more fanatically and like to make progress, this is definitely recommended!
