Shipping:

Our product range is in stock. Our orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will be processed on Monday. 

For orders we ask a contribution of €3,45 per order. When ordering, you can also choose a pick-up point in your neighbour hood trough "Pakje Gemak". We ship orders within the Netherlands via PostNL, outside the Netherlands trough UPS. 

*Exception on windsurf- and hard sup boards. The shipping costs for windsurf boards and sets, hard SUP-boards and windsurfboards in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg are €24,95. Complete windsurfing sets we ask a shipping fee of 49,95. These are shipped with DSV Freight Forwarders.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any additional import and customs fees. Always inform yourself to avoid unexpected import costs.

Customs duties for countries outside the EU are NOT calculated by our programme or charged by us. These depend on the respective country of delivery and the commodity class of the articles and are imposed by the responsible importer or directly by the authority. We have calculated the information below to the best of our ability and no rights can be derived from it. Customs regulations can change regularly, so it is possible that this information is no longer (completely) correct.

FREE pickup at our store

You can also pick up your order in one of our stores, which is free of course! Please inquire when it is ready for pick up. It is possible that the items have to come from our store. You will be informed about that. For products with the "Only available in the webshop" listing, there is a longer delivery time. These items are sent by our suppliers. Also called drop shipment.

The shipping costs for windsurf boards and sets, SUP boards and golf surfboards are € 24.95 in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. We deliver the items * within the Netherlands via PostNL, outside via DHL or DSV Freight Forwarders. The delivery time of an item is usually 1 to 2 working days from the order date in the Netherlands. Outside . If it takes longer than expected, you will be informed about this. Sending, for example, 14ft Sups may be provided by us personally. Depending on address!

Returns:

You can return products up to 30 days after receipt. You have 15 days to view and/or try on the article, unless stated otherwise. The article must at all times be unused and packed in the original packaging with attached price tag or sticker. We do not consider trying on clothing or a wetsuit as use, but pumping up a kite and sailing with it for a day is... Returning is therefore only possible for unused items. After that you have 15 days to return it.

Onze procedure:

Our return service goes via DPD. The label that you can generate eleven times therefore only works with this courier. After printing the label and packing the return shipment, you need to hand it over yourself to a DPD point in your neighbourhood.

1. To get a return label from DPD please fill in your details on the form on this page. All you need is a postal code and your order number. As soon as you have filled out everything, the system will send you a return label in your mailbox (also check the clutter of spam).

2. The cost for returning an item in the Netherlands is €6.75. We will deduct these return costs from the amount to be refunded. You can expect the amount of the returned items to be credited to your account within 14 working days. Of course, returning items in the shop is free of charge. In that case, the money will also be refunded to the account from which you paid. 

3. You can drop off the return package at a DPD service point and you do not have to pay anything there.
When the return is received in good condition, the amount minus the shipping costs of 6.75 will be credited to your account within 7 working days. 

Product too small or too large and you want to exchange?

Send your order back and order the new product on our website. You can also use the return form for this purpose. The cost for shipping is also € 6,75. Exchanging the product in one of the shops is of course no problem.

Drop it off in our shop

You can also drop it off in our shop. After receiving the product, we will refund the order amount within 14 days.
